Montessori Hossegor, founded in 2016 in Soorts-Hossegor, is the pioneering and sole AMI-accredited bilingual Montessori school south of Bordeaux, serving the Capbreton-Seignosse-Hossegor area, and is wholly dedicated to the pedagogical principles and vision of Dr. Maria Montessori.

Our story
Montessori Hossegor, nestled in Hossegor, France, has dedicated itself to kindling the intelligence of children for a decade. Our commitment is to aid the development of the child in a scientifically prepared environment designed to release the potential of each child.
We are still amazed by the school and by the wonderful work you and the team do there every day.
We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Montessori Hossegor. The Montessori approach has truly nurtured our child’s curiosity, independence, and love for learning. The teachers are incredibly patient, caring, and dedicated, creating a warm and supportive environment. We’ve seen amazing growth in our child’s confidence and skills, and we are so grateful for the thoughtful, individualized attention given to each student.
On top of that, the safe, nature-rich environment of Hossegor is a real gift. Our child is growing up close to the ocean and the forest, in a community that values balance, wellbeing, and time outdoors – and this feels perfect for them and for us as a family.
Beyond the wonderful education, the parent community here is truly incredible: welcoming, supportive, and engaged. It feels like a family, and we love being part of such a positive and inspiring group.
